Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any retreat or tour hosted by Travel Life Collective, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for and attending any retreat or tour, you (“participant,” “you,” or “guest”) agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on a retreat or tour.

Full payment is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. Failure to pay in full by the due date may result in forfeiture of your spot and all funds paid.

Payment plans may be offered at our discretion and must be honored as agreed.

2. Cancellation & No Refund Policy
To secure your spot on a tour or retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and allows us to make necessary arrangements on your behalf.

Deposit:
All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final Balance:
The remaining balance for all retreats and tours is due 60 days before the start date.

Cancellations:

All payments made toward any retreat or tour are non-refundable for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel delays, natural disasters, family emergencies, pandemics, or changes in personal circumstances.

Once payment is made, it is fully committed to accommodations, venues, facilitators, and other retreat-related costs that are non-refundable to us.

Important:
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and emergency evacuation protection to safeguard your investment.

3. Inclusions
All retreats and tours include:

Accommodations

Meals as specified in the itinerary

Transportation and/or logistics within the retreat location

All listed workshops, sessions, and activities (e.g., yoga, meditation, healing sessions)

International flights to and from the retreat location are not included, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Health, Fitness & Safety
By registering, you confirm that:

You are in good physical, mental, and emotional health.

You are capable of walking, bending, climbing stairs, and tolerating varying weather conditions, including high heat.

You accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing during the retreat.

You understand that all offerings are intended for wellness and personal growth and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.

You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to participation.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a health or safety risk to themselves or others.

5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to:

Conduct themselves respectfully, ethically, and responsibly at all times.

Show respect toward facilitators, fellow participants, local cultures, and the environment.

Avoid disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed harmful, disruptive, or unsafe.

6. Liability Waiver
By attending a Travel Life Collective event, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Travel Life Collective, LLC, its owners, facilitators, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or theft incurred during the retreat or related travel.

You are solely responsible for purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

7. Third-Party Services
We may engage trusted third-party vendors for lodging, transportation, excursions, ceremonies, or healing services. While we carefully select these providers, we are not responsible for their actions, quality of service, or outcomes. Any claims arising from third-party services must be made directly with the provider.

8. Media Release
By participating in our retreats or tours, you grant Travel Life Collective, LLC and its affiliates the right to:

Capture and use photographs, videos, and audio recordings of you taken during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, and printed materials.

You understand that these materials may be used in perpetuity and without compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to the retreat start date.

9. Spiritual & Healing Disclaimer
Our retreats may include spiritual and holistic practices, such as energy work, meditation, plant medicine ceremonies, and other experiential modalities. These are offered for personal growth and wellness purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.
You accept full responsibility for your participation and personal experience.

10. Age Requirement
All participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend a retreat or tour hosted by Travel Life Collective, LLC.
For private or family retreats, age exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

11. Force Majeure
Travel Life Collective, LLC shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, acts of war, or other unforeseen events.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or apply credit toward a future retreat, but no refunds will be issued.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
